The Design Philosophy

 

Villa Antares was designed to capture the classic elegance of the French West Indies while providing every modern, high-end comfort. The estate boasts a “contemporary-colonial” aesthetic—characterized by soothing natural tones, rich woods, bright white accents, and an open, airy layout that allows the cooling trade winds to circulate naturally.

The Layout

The Living Spaces

The central pavilion houses a plush, air-conditioned living room equipped with high-tech entertainment (Apple TV, Sky TV, video games) that opens directly to the modern kitchen.

The Dining Pavilions

Two wonderful, shaded dining pavilions sit in front of the main living space, offering incredible vantage points for entertaining overlooking the ocean.

The Master Suite

Set apart on its own side of the pool, the primary suite is the ultimate romantic hideaway. It features a private wrap-around covered terrace adorned with white wicker furniture and a charming swing seat, looking out to the sea and gardens.
