The Terrace

Step outside to your private covered terrace. Complete with an al fresco dining table and lounge seating, it’s the perfect spot to take in the beautiful views over St. Jean Bay.

Living Area

Compact, elegant, and fully equipped. The open-plan lower level features a modern kitchen and a cozy living room with high-end tech, including a Smart TV and Apple TV.

The Layout

Arranged over two distinct levels, Aqua feels surprisingly spacious for a 1-bedroom apartment.

  • The Main Level: The ground floor is dedicated to living and dining. It features a fully equipped kitchen (complete with an espresso machine and dishwasher) that opens into a comfortable, air-conditioned living room. Large doors lead directly out to the covered terrace, expanding your living space outdoors.

  • The Upper Level: Ascend the stairs to find your private sleeping quarters. Tucked romantically under the sloping roofline, the bedroom is a cozy, air-conditioned sanctuary featuring a plush European King-size bed, a modern en-suite bathroom, and a second Smart TV.
