The villa is intelligently laid out to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests across five luxurious suites, making it exceptionally easy for groups to share.
- The Main House: Features the expansive living area, the open-concept kitchen, and three master bedrooms (one to the left of the living space, two to the right). Each room in the main house boasts a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a rain-head shower.
- The Garden Bungalows: Two additional bedrooms occupy their own separate, private bungalows with serene garden views. These rooms feature twin beds that can easily be converted into King beds, making them highly versatile for families or singles.

The extensive use of wooden shutters and louvers throughout the property creates a distinctly tropical feel—they allow the rooms to be flooded with dappled light and fresh air, while instantly providing privacy and shade when desired.
